No, just leave us a key to gain entry and we will take it from there. You can leave a key under the mat, in the mailbox, at the front-desk, whatever is most convenient for you!

We operate on a flat hourly rate. Hourly packages and specials can be found here: bigappleorganizers.com/pricing.

We currently accept credit/debit cards. Our online payments are handled by Stripe, and are processed through a fully secure 256 bit SSL protocol. In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security. Booking through Big Apple Organizers is safe and secure and we guarantee this. Any unauthorized charges that are made to your card as a result of doing business with us will be fully refunded.

Appointment times are available Monday through Sunday, from 8:00am to 7:00pm and we will be in touch in less than 1 hour (during business hours) to confirm if this date and time works.
